Return & Refund Policy 🌸
At Shop With Nova, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Because our products are fulfilled by different suppliers, return eligibility, deadlines, and return requirements may vary depending on the item and the supplier that fulfilled your order. We can only offer returns and refunds that are permitted by the applicable supplier's policy.
Return Eligibility
Return requests are reviewed according to the return policy of the supplier that fulfilled your order.
Depending on the item and supplier, eligible returns may require that:
• Items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Clothing retains its original tags and packaging, when required.
• The item meets the supplier's applicable return deadline.
• The item is not designated as final sale or non-returnable.
Not all products are eligible for return, and we do not guarantee that every item can be returned.
Changed Your Mind, Wrong Size, or Ordered by Mistake
If you no longer want an item, selected the wrong size, or otherwise changed your mind, a return may be available only if the supplier permits the return.
If the return is approved, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility, unless the applicable supplier policy states otherwise.
A restocking fee may also apply if required by the supplier.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number, photos or video showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
We will review the issue and work with the appropriate fulfillment partner to determine the available resolution. Depending on the supplier's policy, this may include a refund, replacement, or other resolution.
Please do not return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item without receiving instructions from us first.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be designated as final sale or non-returnable by our suppliers. These can include, but are not limited to: bodysuits, swimwear, intimates or lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, face masks, certain wholesale or open-pack orders, and other products designated as final sale by the supplier.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. Some suppliers do not offer exchanges. When an exchange is unavailable, an eligible refund may be processed according to the applicable supplier's return policy.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or for another personal reason, you are generally responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the issue resulted from a shipping error, damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item, we will work with the supplier to determine whether return shipping or another resolution is covered.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and processed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping and handling charges may be non-refundable, depending on the applicable supplier's policy.

Because our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, Shop With Nova cannot offer return options that are not available through the supplier that fulfilled your order.
Supplier policies may change from time to time, and the applicable supplier's current policy will determine the available return or refund options.
